These women entrepreneurs correct the stereotype in the minds of most of the people who considers women to be weak. These women have not only made their name famous as business leaders but have also made an impact to motivate other women to move forward to choose way towards their goal.


These ladies have proved our society that women are equal to men in every term either its IQ or leadership skills. These ladies are really inspiration to the girls out there!

1) Indra Nooyi: Indra Nooyi is the current chairman and CEO of PepsiCo which is world’s second largest food and beverage business firm. She was ranked 13 in Forbes World’s most powerful women in 2014. She has always remained in top 100 World’s most powerful women in leading magazines like Forbes and Fortune. She is basically an Indian but has earned American citizenship by naturalization. She has earned Padma Bhushan for her business achievements and becoming an inspiration for Indian Corporate leaders. She is really a lady made of million gemstones!



2) Naina Lal Kidwai: Naina Lal Kidwal is Group General Manager and country Head at HSBC, India. She has earned her bachelor degree from Lady Shri Ram College for Women and is the first Indian women to graduate from Harvard Business School by getting her MBA degree. She is among top 100 women in business by Fortune global list. She has earned Padma Shri for her contribution in Trade and industry.


3) Kiran Mazumdar Shaw: Kiran Shaw is the founder and CMD of Biocon. She started her business as an enzymes manufacturing industry and converted it into a bio-pharmaceutical industry. She has earned her Bachelor’s from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore University. She is awarded with Othmer Gold Medal in 2014. She has made her place in TIME magazine’s 100 most influential people in the world. She is present with prestigious Padma Shri and Padma Bhushan by Indian Government.


4) Chanda Kochar: Chanda Kochar is MD and CEO of ICICI Bank which is India’s largest private bank. She was listed in top 100 powerful business women by Forbes. Under her leadership, ICICI bank won many awards including ‘Retail Banker of the year 2004’. She had also made her space in top 100 most powerful women list by Forbes. She has also remained part of Fortune’s list of most powerful women in business for a number of times. She had been awarded Padma Bhushan by government of India.


5) Indu Jain: Indu Jain is the founder and former chairperson of “The Times” group. She is founder and President of the Ladies Wing of FICCI (FCO). She is also chairperson of Bharatiya Jnanpith trust. She is awarded Padma Bhushan in 2016 by government of India. She is a part and women behind providing guidelines to many forums including ‘The Oneness Forum’.


These ladies are proof that anything can be achieved with your strong willpower and firm determination. These women are surely inspiration to the women all around the globe!
